One link, no account. The hero, the countdown, and whatever is open right now.
Virtual event platform
Run your virtual event on your own domain. Attendees click one link and they are in, with no account, no app and no waiting room. Sessions open and close on the schedule you set.
A session opens when the schedule says so anda host is in the room. Until then, attendees see “starting soon”.

Post a name and an email from whatever already collects them, whether that is Salesforce, your own form or a script. Parallax creates the attendee, mints a private link and sends the welcome mail. Anything else in the body is kept as their metadata and comes back out in the export.

}Every device takes the time from us rather than from its own clock, so a laptop running four minutes fast does not open the doors four minutes early.

Every action on an event is stored as an offset from the moment it starts. The mail goes out three days before. The countdown begins five minutes before. The keynote is zero.
Move the event to another day and nothing is recalculated, because there is nothing to recalculate. Try it.

Times in your own timezone. Every attendee sees their own.
The rooms we run come in two shapes, and a host gets the same client for both. Same mute, same camera picker, same virtual background, same screen share, same chat. The toggle only changes what the audience gets.
Thousands watch. Under five seconds behind.
Attendees watch a stream, so there is no upper bound worth quoting. They can read the chat and ask, but they are never on camera.
Watch only. No seat limit worth quoting.
Some sessions are run by people who do not work for you either. A professor, a partner, a customer with their own Zoom account and their own way of doing things. Point the session at their meeting and the event runs around it.
It is a choice per session, not per event. Keynote on ours, a breakout on theirs, one timeline over the top.
A session still opens when the schedule allows it and a host is in the room. Only this changes:
Same event, same database, three different jobs, and every one of them answers on your own domain, so nobody in your audience ever reads our name.
One link, no account. The hero, the countdown, and whatever is open right now.
Sign in and see only your sessions. Clicking one opens the room.
Build the event, write the timeline, watch the live board, pull the reports.
Every join and every leave is recorded while the event runs, so the two lists that actually decide the follow-up write themselves. There is nothing to reconcile the next morning.
Between events
Bring a real event. We will build its timeline with you on the call and run it end to end before you commit to anything.
